REFORMER INTRODUCTION COURSE
​​This mandatory course is designed for anyone who is new to the Reformer.
Whether you're starting your Pilates journey or transitioning from Mat to Reformer, this course builds your foundation with confidence and clarity.

INTRODUCTION TO REFORMER COURSE
4-week course*: one class of 55 minutes per week

Practice Pilates on the Reformer to improve core strength, joint mobility, body awareness and connection.
Our Reformer group classes are intentionally small because we focus on your learning experience. We priotitize quality over quantity.​​ ​​​​​​
