Pilates Basic
A follow up of our Introduction to Mat Pilates Course and the next step up towards Pilates Sculpt.
Class Description
Suitable for beginners and also for the ones who have practiced Pilates before and wish to review the Pilates principles: breathing, centering, concentration, control, precision and flow. Build up gradually, overall body strength, mobility and balance. Become more aware of how your body moves. Find body and mind connection. Plenty of movement variations given, to suit different abilities. In this class we start learning to use small Pilates equipment such as fitball, mini ball, magic circle, small weights. Mixed class.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: -To cancel or reschedule a class without losing your klipp, please contact Lourdes by text message at 95995202 or by email at vivastudio-sandefjord@hotmail.com no later than 4 hours before the start of the class. -If a class is cancelled, you will be notified by email and text message at least one hour before the scheduled start time. -Please note that classes will not run if there are fewer than two participants. -Notice of absence must still be given, even if it is less than 4 hours before the class, in case only one other person is registered.
