Class Description
A gentle, slow-paced and mindful practice that links breath with movement. Designed for all levels, this class helps you reconnect with your body, improve flexibility, reduce stress, enhance self-awareness, and cultivate inner calm. The class begins with conscious breathing and gentle movements to warm up the body. It finishes with a few minutes of relaxation and reflection, leaving you feeling grounded and restored. Its emphasis on breath and fluid movement can naturally complement and support your Pilates training

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: -To cancel or reschedule a class without losing your klipp, please contact Lourdes by text message at 95995202 or by email at vivastudio-sandefjord@hotmail.com no later than 4 hours before the start of the class. -If a class is cancelled, you will be notified by email and text message at least one hour before the scheduled start time. -Please note that classes will not run if there are fewer than two participants. -Notice of absence must still be given, even if it is less than 4 hours before the class, in case only one other person is registered.
