Class Description
A dance class that feels like a party!! Suitable for everybody. No previous dance experience required. Move and groove to music, following a fun choreography. No high impact or jumping. Relax your mind and feel your body. Practice balance, coordination, boost your cognitive skills and elevate your mood! This class runs once a month, usually on the 3rd or 4th Saturday or Sunday, during the dark months - October, November, January, February. Join the fun!

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: -To cancel or reschedule a class without losing your klipp, please contact Lourdes by text message at 95995202 or by email at vivastudio-sandefjord@hotmail.com no later than 4 hours before the start of the class. -If a class is cancelled, you will be notified by email and text message at least one hour before the scheduled start time. -Please note that classes will not run if there are fewer than two participants. -Notice of absence must still be given, even if it is less than 4 hours before the class, in case only one other person is registered.
