Class Description

A beautiful fusion of Pilates, Yoga, mobility and balance exercises to help improve the range of movement of your joints, release muscular tension, practice balance and mindful movement. We finish the class in savasana with mindful breathing & relaxation. Suitable for the ones that wish to stretch, breathe and wind down, after a long day at work, or those who practice other sports, such as cycling, running, strength training. We sometimes use light resistance bands, foam rollers an Pilates circle to stretch and release tension.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: -To cancel or reschedule a class without losing your klipp, please contact Lourdes by text message at 95995202 or by email at vivastudio-sandefjord@hotmail.com no later than 4 hours before the start of the class. -If a class is cancelled, you will be notified by email and text message at least one hour before the scheduled start time. -Please note that classes will not run if there are fewer than two participants. -Notice of absence must still be given, even if it is less than 4 hours before the class, in case only one other person is registered.
