Pilates Sculpt
Our most popular concept class.
Suitable for the ones that have been practicing Pilates or have been training before. Based on Pilates foundation exercises and principles.
Learn to use diverse props such as the fit ball, mini ball, magic circle, foam roller and small hand weights to add variation to each class, enhance body and mind connection and strengthen and tone the core and the whole body.

Power Pilates
A fusion of Strength x Pilates exercises.
Step up from Mat Pilates to a more intense, dynamic and challenging class that offers advanced exercises to improve and maintain overall muscular strength with focus on the core muscles.​
30 seconds work per exercise using hand weights, resistance
bands and core sliders.
Suitable for the ones that have been practicing Mat Pilates or strength training.

VIVAs Flow
stretch, mobility & balance
Suitable for the ones that wish to stretch, breathe and wind down, after a long day at work, or those who practice other sports, such as cycling, running, strength training. Combines Pilates, yoga, mobility and balance exercises. Improve range of movement of your joints and refresh your mind.

FIT 360
Suitable for all levels of fitness. Options given to suit your body’s abilities. High intensity interval training, without jumping. Strength and conditioning for the whole body. A fun and challenging class! Sweat and smile!

VIVA Dance!
A dance class that feels like a party!!
Suitable for everybody. No previous dance experience required.
Move and groove to music, following a fun choreography.
No jumping.
Relax your mind and feel your body.
Practice balance, coordination, boost your cognitive skills and elevate your mood!​​
This class runs once a month, usually on the 3rd or 4th Saturday of each month.

Strength Interval
Suitable for all levels.
Workout with resistance bands and hand-weights to increase muscular strength. ​
Perfect to maintain muscle mass.
Intervals of a few second work with a few seconds transition, will keep you engaged, motivated and strong!

Cardio Fun 30
Cardio Fun on Saturdays at 0900 is 30 mins of "take me back" conditioning training that will make you move, groove, sweat and smile!

Based on the Classical Pilates exercises and principles such as: alignment, control, breathing, centering, concentration, connection, to name some.
